Your username and typing test scores may be displayed publicly on leaderboards. Your email and password remain private at all times.

You agree not to:

• Use offensive, misleading, or impersonating usernames
• Cheat or manipulate test results
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or harm the site
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or reproduce site content

We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these rules.

4. Age Requirement

You must be 13 years or older to use this site.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, code, and design on QWERTY Champ are owned by us. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the site without written permission.

6. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

This service is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

• Data loss
• Inaccurate scores
• Site downtime or technical issues

Your use of the site is at your own risk.

7. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time from your profile page. This will permanently remove your data and scores from the site.

8. Modifications

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
